Annotation: The article is deal with the aspects of the investment and construction process, ensuring of its economic safety connected with the specific character of its fulfilment, external and internal threats. Economic offences as well as breaking the laws when realizing the investment and construction investment activities are presented in the article. The arrangements to improve the efficiency of the investment and construction process are proposed, its economic safety.
