Conceptually-Categorical Apparatus of Studying Sustainable Development

Annotation: Every economic theory has its own system of basic concepts. Study of the basic laws of sustainable development is based on the categories of «sustainability», «development», «sustainable development», «sustainable development of the enterprise». The article indicated out some shortcomings presented in the scientific literature, the conceptual apparatus. Based on the theoretical study of the representation of domestic and foreign scientists, practitioners, international organizations, their content, it has been updated the understanding of a number of socio-economic categories as elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of research for sustainable development systems at various levels. Sustainable development is proposed to be treated as a transition of the system to a qualitatively new level of development with the saved characteristics of the system under the influence of external influences. It has been proved that the improvement of conceptual and categorical apparatus of sustainable development is an important prerequisite to eliminate misunderstanding of the laws of economic theory and practice in this area.
