Methodical and Instrumental Levels in Indicative Management of Social-Economic Development of Regions

Annotation: In the article the approach is represented to valuation of regions’ level and development dynamics as well as to optimal choice of measures in managerial decisions making, within the frames of methodical and instrumental basis to provide the process of indicative management. The set of statistic parameters is proposed for calculation of integral indices on their ground together with mathematical model of optimal measures choice that would allow substantiated selection of measures among available alternatives which are able to result in maximal growth of indicating indices of regional development within the given financial, organizational, and other limitations.
