Improvement of Legislation in the Field of Cadastral Valuation of Land in Settlements

Annotation: The authors of the article note that in modern Russian conditions, in connection with the reform of the taxation system, the cadastral valuation institution needs to be improved. To date, the state has adopted many laws and by-laws aimed at modernizing the current system. The article contains a detailed analysis of the following main normative documents: Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 29, 1998 «On appraisal activity in the Russian Federation»; Federal Law of 03.07.2016 No. 237-FZ «On the state cadastral valuation; Federal standard of assessment «Determination of cadastral value (FSO No. 4)»; Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 07.06.2016 № 358 «Methodical instructions on the state cadastral valuation».
