Factors of Market of the Sporting Real Estate Development: Economic Aspect
Abstract: In the article the considered factors of market of the real estate development, are identified national, regional and local even origins of factors which determine pre-conditions of market of the real estate development; educed specific descriptions of objects of the real estate as a potential commodity at the market, and also the lighted up features of functioning of property market on the whole. Considered segment of the sporting real estate, educed features of his filling, functioning, and also risks of providing of pre-conditions of further development.
