Abstract: The article examines the international experience of the establishment of the public administration institute, identifies current trends in the development of society, summarizes and systematizes the approaches to the organization of the public administration system, and studies the patterns of mutual influence of the forms of government, government and political regimes. The effectiveness of the existing systems and models of public administration has been analyzed and recommendations have been made for improving the system of public authority as a necessary condition for improving the quality of life of the population and the development of society as a whole.
