Serveing as a System of Effective Real Estate Management in Modern Conditions

Annotation: The formation and development of the real estate market requires the search and study of various management systems. The study of world practice shows that the use of professional methods of managing a real estate portfolio can improve the efficiency of its use. The article deals with the formation and development of serving as an effective tool for real estate management in modern conditions. A characteristic of the serving concept is given. The evolution of the concept of «serving» from land works to real estate management is shown. Theoretical approaches to its interpretation are presented. Clarified and disclosed the concept of serving. The components, functions, basic principles, goals and objectives, as well as the distinctive features of serving, were studied. The functional models of servicing activity are considered.
