Application of the Resource Approach to Evaluating the Efficiency of Managerial Decisions in the Housing Economy

Annotation: The housing system requires the selection and implementation of effective management decisions. Practical studies show that with a proper assessment of the effectiveness of a solution, it is possible to achieve a greater effect in the implementation of the housing sector. The article describes the essence of the resource approach, which in turn considers resources as production factors used to achieve results and the effectiveness of a management decision. The resource approach considers the company as a set of tangible and intangible resources and, against this background, helps the company develop a competitive strategy and implement it. The state procurement of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Donetsk People’s Republic was considered. After that, a resource approach to evaluating the effectiveness was considered and reviewed by the government procurement of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the DPR.
