Socio-Economic Justification of the Need for the Formation of the Social Housing Fund in the Region

Annotation: The article substantiates the need to form a social housing fund in the region in order to ensure the protection of socially unprotected segments of the population. The current quantitative and qualitative state of the housing stock of the region has been studied: periods of its development, level of technical condition, indicators of total and living space, level of improvement, composition of engineering equipment. On the basis of the considered indicators, the main problems of the housing stock at the present stage are revealed, conclusions are drawn up regarding the directions of further development. Data on damage and restoration of the housing stock in the region in connection with the conduct of hostilities are presented. The necessity of forming a social housing fund at the regional level has been established. As the prerequisites for the formation of a social housing fund, organizational, economic and regulatory conditions for the development of programs for the formation of a social housing fund in the region are defined.
