Annotation: The relevance of the study of this topic is that the trend of the development of modern civilization is the consistent increase in the role of information and knowledge in society. Information becomes not only a subject of communication, but also a profitable product, an effective modern means of organizing and managing social production, science, culture, education and the socio-economic development of society as a whole. Information is the basis of the economy of the information type and serves as its main resource. The current stage of social development is inextricably linked with the concept of information systems. A system in a general sense should be understood as an object, which at the same time can be considered in two aspects: as a whole; as a set of heterogeneous elements that are combined together to achieve a specific goal.
