Modern Trends of Integration Development of Transport Companies

Annotation: The article, on the basis of a generalization of modern approaches, reveals the content of the concept of integration development as a priority direction for the development of enterprises, which helps to strengthen their stability and ability to resist the adverse effects of the internal and external environment. At the same time, on the example of the largest transport companies in the world, the experience of business development through the implementation of integration processes is analyzed, which showed that integration in the transport industry has features due to the specifics of the activities of modern transport companies. The most effective forms of integration development of transport companies have been identified, which, as a rule, occupy an intermediate place between a fully centralized corporate structure and cooperation in modern economic conditions and allow them to occupy a leading position in the transport and logistics services market and diversify business in other promising sectors of the economy.
