Prospects for the Development of Resource Saving in the DPR Municipal Economy
Abstract: This article deals with the problem of resource conservation in the communal services, which is urgent for the republic. Attention is focused on the introduction of energy-saving technologies with the use of solar modules in road lighting. The problems and possibilities of resource-saving in the republic are investigated. Electricity consumption in summer and winter is estimated when using incandescent lamps and energy-saving lamps. Comparisons in the feasibility study of a lamp street lamp and an LED street lamp are given. We also consider the main modern light sources that reduce the consumption of energy resources for road lighting on the example of the Russian Federation and Norway. A program for the introduction of autonomous power supply systems for street lighting based on the use of economical LED lamps and solar panels in the Donetsk People’s Republic is considered.
