Comprehensive Assessment of Effective Efficiency of Socio-Economic Systems
Abstract: It is argued that a comprehensive assessment of socio-economic efficiency should be carried out in unity with the effectiveness of socio-economic systems at any level of the organization. For this, it is advisable to use a generalizing indicator of the effective efficiency of macro, meso or microsystems. The assessment of its economic and social component is carried out on the basis of multiplicative efficiency. It is substantiated that the target criterion of their balance determines the saved part of the income of individuals. Based on the area of stable values of the propensity to save, it should be 30–40 % for households in the macrosystem. At the same time, for workers of the meso and microsystems, relative to their living wage, it should be at least 40 %. With respect to these boundaries, the general and actual imbalance between the social and economic components of the effective efficiency of socio-economic systems is assessed.
