Conceptual Approach to Studying the Process of Formation of Ecologically Oriented Clusters in the Conditions of an Innovative Economy

Annotation: The article is devoted to the development of regional systems in the context of prospects for the formation of ecologically oriented clusters. Particular attention is paid to this issue in connection with the transition to an innovative economy. The issues related to the study of certain aspects of the formation of regional clusters are analyzed. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, the concept of «environmentally-oriented cluster» is clarified, which makes it possible to consider these structures from the standpoint of interaction «nature – social production». The authors present a conceptual approach to the study of the formation of environmentally-oriented clusters in an innovative economy, and also focus on one of the stages of the proposed approach – the systematization of factor and structural characteristics of the greening of regional clusters, taking into account the tasks of the development of regional systems.
