Structure of Human Capital

Abstract: The article discusses the issues of determining the structure of human capital and its place in the structure of the intellectual capital of the enterprise. Human capital is considered as a combination of the abilities of an individual: knowledge, skills, communication, skills, health, in which investments are made, as a result of which they are capitalized over time and add value to the enterprise. The levels of human capital formation, such as macroeconomic, microeconomic and individual, are given. The features of the formation of human capital at a specific level are considered. At the macroeconomic level, human capital consists of investments of the region, investments of the country in the level of education, professional training and competence, which is an essential part of the national wealth of the country. At the micro level, human capital represents the combined qualifications and productive abilities of all its employees. At the level of an individual, human capital represents knowledge, skills, accumulated experience and other production characteristics that a person receives in the process of training, professional training, practical experience and with which he can earn income. The article substantiates the place and role of human capital in the structure of the intellectual capital of the enterprise.
