The Influence of Labor Protection on the Efficiency of use of the Labor Potential of the Enterprise

Annotation: The article discusses the synergy of the concepts of “labor potential” and “labor protection”. In the course of the study, it was found that the labor potential gets maximum development, and the enterprise – a high level of labor productivity and maximum profit exactly through the implementation of labor protection measures. The main factors influencing the effectiveness of the use of labor potential, namely, organizational, individual, technical, sanitary and hygienic and therapeutic and prophylactic have been identified and systematized. A scheme to improve the efficiency of using labor potential by developing the main directions for improving labor protection at the enterprise has been proposed. It has been established that the assessment of the impact of the state of labor protection on the efficiency of using labor potential should be carried out by determining the social and economic effects of measures to improve life safety.
