Abstract: The article substantiates the need for the development of territorial real estate markets, characterizes real estate objects depending on the main features of the classification (reproducibility in kind, functional purpose, readiness for operation, intended purpose), defines the goals for the development of territorial real estate markets, and outlines the expected result. It has been revealed that the main goal of the development of territorial real estate markets is the symbiosis of economic, consumer and social goals in the form of obtaining decent economic results, revitalizing the construction industry, and implementing socially oriented projects. It is noted that promising areas for the development of the real estate market are related to ensuring the relationship with the natural environment and ecology, functional infrastructure and communications, socio-spatial organization, historical and cultural environment. It is noted that the definition of directions for the development of territorial real estate markets should be carried out within the framework of the ongoing state urban planning policy.
