International Experience in the Organization of State Financial Control

Annotation: The article examines the international experience of the organization of state financial control at the present stage and the possibility of its use to improve the efficiency of public finance management in the Donetsk People’s Republic. The features of the functioning of the external and internal state financial control bodies of foreign countries are investigated. The problems arising in the implementation of state financial control are identified and ways to eliminate them are outlined. It is proved that the Donetsk People’s Republic is on the way of establishing a system of state financial control and the creation of an effective system of state financial control is inextricably linked with solving the problems of effective use of available resources and permanent search for new opportunities. Proposals have been developed to improve the system of state financial control at the present stage of development of the financial system of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
