Technical and Economic Comparison of Technology Options for Complex-Mechanized Dismantling of a Residential Building Series 1-335A
Abstract: The article provides a technical and economic analysis of technologies for the complex-mechanized dismantling of a residential building of the 1-335A series using three different sets of equipment. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that when developing a PPR for the dismantling of a building of the 1-335A series, rational compositions of three equipment complexes are selected, their cost and duration of work are compared with the identification of the most effective complex. The selection of construction equipment is carried out as part of the planning of an integrated mechanized production of works with the inclusion of automated equipment and, if possible, robots in the complexes. As you know, when demolishing buildings made of reinforced concrete structures, hoisting machines, cranes, demolition excavators with a wide range of replaceable attachments (hydrohammer, hydraulic concrete shears, hydraulic metal shears, dismantling cutters, etc.) are used. The article evaluates the effectiveness of the use of robotic technology in comparison with standard machine complexes. We believe this approach will be useful in making decisions in the process of renovation of the housing stock of the early years of construction.
Keywords: dismantling of buildings and structures, reconstruction, complex of equipment, duration of dismantling works, complex mechanization, efficiency.
