Deindustrialization and Reindustrialization are the Natural Stages of Social Development

Abstract: One of the natural processes of human society is industrialization. At the present stage, the industrialization of the economy was carried out by most countries of the world, and today deindustrialization is being carried out in many countries. We are talking mainly about developing countries, since in developed countries the deindustrialization that began in the first half of the twentieth century has basically ended. Currently, the process of reindustrialization is observed in developed countries. The subject of the scientific article is relevant, since the processes of industrialization, deindustrialization and reindustrialization in different countries have their own characteristics, are contradictory, and despite a significant number of publications, they need further scientific understanding. Deindustrialization and reindustrialization, being a reality of the modern world economy, is becoming the subject of numerous discussions. The article proposes a classification of factors that contribute to the process of reindustrialization; clarified the conceptual apparatus; recommendations have been developed for the implementation of an industrial policy that promotes the reindustrialization of the Russian economy.
