Abstract: The article substantiates the need for qualitative transformations in the estimated pricing system, formulates the role of estimated pricing in the construction production system, and identifies the main problems observed in estimated pricing at the present stage of its development. It is noted that estimated pricing is understood as a set of directions: from determining the cost of construction products, labor costs of construction specialists, physical indicators of materials and equipment to many other parameters necessary for effective management and organization of the process of performing construction and installation works. It was revealed that to determine the cost of construction in the estimated pricing, the estimated norms and estimated regulatory documents are used, taking into account the minimum amount of resources required to perform the corresponding type of work. The characteristics of the main methods of estimated pricing are presented, their advantages and disadvantages are noted.
