Influence of Reproduction Processes in the Sphere of Non-Current Capital on Sector Development

Abstract: The presented article is devoted to the issues of determining the essence and significance of reproduction processes in the sphere of non-circulating capital in terms of their influence on the level of sectoral development. It was revealed that the main approaches to the reproduction of fixed assets consider them from the point of view of the movement of exchange value or use value. The analysis of the availability, commissioning and liquidation of fixed assets in the Donetsk People’s Republic was carried out. On the example of the construction industry of the DPR, the main significant negative factors influencing the level of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises are formulated. A system of criteria has been proposed to assess the impact of the cost and quality characteristics of non-current assets of enterprises on the level of development of the construction industry as a whole.
