State Youth Policy: the Emergence and Development of the Concep

Annotation: In the modern world, the issue of the development of youth policy has taken a leading position in the field of public administration. Politicians have clearly defined that youth is the basis of the future state, therefore, mechanisms aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of young people, the development of cultural and educational spheres, improving the quality of working conditions, obtaining social benefits, as well as organizing leisure activities for young people are being introduced on an ongoing basis, acquiring new, more advanced forms. An important place in the development of youth policy is given to educational organizations of higher education, whose tasks are to form not only a future specialist and professional, but also a socially responsible person with high moral, ethical and patriotic views.In this regard, the article is devoted to the study of the essence of the concept of «youth policy» and the formation and development of this phenomenon on the territory of the post-soviet space.
