Implementation of a Controlling System at Housing and Utilities Enterprises in the Conditions of Digitization

Annotation: The need to update the housing stock and improve the territories for the comfort of residents is a very significant factor that pushes the state to change the policy of housing and communal services. In the housing and utilities sector, innovative technologies penetrate much more slowly than, for example, in telecommunications or in the banking sector. This is due to the resource shortage that characterizes the current state of industry enterprises, which makes housing and communal services less attractive for innovation, but the need for digitalization of business processes is so high that these issues are considered at all levels of management. In this regard, there is a need to introduce new effective management tools and methods into the activities of industry enterprises that can improve the efficiency of making and implementing management decisions. The article substantiates the relevance of introducing a controlling system into the activities of housing and communal services enterprises as a tool for information and analytical support of the management process.
