Regional Priorities of the Transformation of the Housing Management System

Annotation: In the context of the constantly changing internal and external environment of the regional economic system and the emergence of new diverse needs of the regions, the formation of priorities and factors affecting the management of regional resources, the competition of regions for resources, the study of the transformation of the housing management system becomes critically important. The research in this article is aimed at studying the key aspects of the transformation of the housing management system at the regional level. A comprehensive approach to housing stock management is considered, aimed at improving housing affordability, the quality of housing services provided and creating a competitive environment in the field of housing stock management. The transformational practices of adapting the housing stock management system to new challenges and opportunities, improving the quality of services and developing the real estate management system at the regional level are determined. The study provides an understanding of the importance of the transformation of the housing sector and its impact on the social welfare and economic development of the region. The results of the article can serve as a basis for the development of a reform policy in the field of housing construction and housing stock management.
