Controlling as a Tool of the State’s Regulatory Policy in Construction and Housing and Communal Services
Abstract: The constant improvement of the state’s regulatory policy in construction and housing and communal services is of great importance to ensure the effective functioning of these industries. Regulation of construction activities and housing and communal services makes it possible to monitor the quality of construction, ensure the safety of residential and public buildings, and protect the rights and interests of citizens. In addition, improving regulatory policy helps to increase the efficiency of resource use, reduce corruption risks, develop competition and stimulate innovation in the industry. Thus, the importance of improving regulatory policy in construction and housing and communal services lies in ensuring the sustainable development of these industries and ensuring the well-being of citizens. In this regard, the article is devoted to studying the essence of the concept of «regulatory policy», its implementation features in the construction and housing and communal services industries, as well as the study of controlling as an effective tool of state regulatory policy in these industries.
