Development of the Methodology of Process Management of Quality and Competitiveness of Construction Products

Annotation: This article is devoted to the development of the methodology of process quality management and its impact on the competitiveness of construction products. The article provides a historical overview of the methodology of process quality management in construction, discusses the basic principles and application of this technique. Special attention is paid to the role of the methodology of process quality management in increasing the competitiveness of construction products. The article also discusses the problems and challenges faced by companies when implementing the methodology of process quality management in construction. Finally, the article provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of this technique, which will help companies improve the quality of construction products, increase customer satisfaction and strengthen their competitiveness in the market.
