Analysis of Existing Methodologies for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Residential Real Estate Management
Abstract: The article discusses the principles and conceptual ideas, innovative mechanisms related to the assessment of the effectiveness of residential real estate management in a market economy. The algorithm developed by the authors for the formation of an integral indicator of the condition of residential real estate is presented. The sequence of stages for conducting a qualitative assessment that identifies the level of efficiency of residential real estate management, which consists in the phased implementation of four basic modules, is described. The advantages and disadvantages identified by the authors during the analysis of the existing list of methods for assessing the management and development of housing stock are analyzed. This approach is applicable at all levels of residential property management, as it allows you to identify real problems for management organizations and determine the needs of residents in improving living conditions, quality of service and the value of services provided.
