Mechanisms of Intersubjective Interaction Between the State and Business in the Framework of the Implementation of Foreign Economic Policy: World Experience
Abstract: Theoretical approaches and foreign experience of interaction between representatives of the state and business in the process of formation and implementation of state foreign economic policy are systematized. The identification of the concepts of «interaction between the state and business» and «public-private partnership» has been established. It is proved that public-private partnership, as a narrower concept, is one of the mechanisms of interaction between the state and business. It has been established that there are other mechanisms of such interaction, which are social partnership, public administration and the participation of non-profit organizations. The presence of «quasi-tools» in the mechanisms of interaction between the state and business is substantiated. The analysis made it possible to specify and supplement the classification of mechanisms of interaction between the state and business in the process of implementing state foreign economic policy by these mechanisms. Based on the systematization of world experience and analysis of the most effective practices of participation of non-profit organizations in intersubjective interactions, their role in the implementation of foreign economic policy has been clarified, the classification features of non-profit organizations have been expanded.
