These sectors are closely related and interact with each other. The construction industry is engaged in the development, design, construction and reconstruction of residential and non-residential buildings, infrastructure, roads, bridges and other facilities. Both industries are of great importance for the economy and social sphere, as they directly affect the well-being of citizens, the investment attractiveness of the country and the development of infrastructure. The development of housing and public utilities and the construction industry is associated with such important aspects as environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, the use of innovative technologies, resource management and the fight against corruption.
