Structural analysis of instytutsyonal subjects investment-building complex

Abstract. The analysis of structure of subjects in accordance with the pulled out understanding of investment-building complex and formed system of criteria is executed in the article. The potential subjects of regional investment-building complex are considered: users; organs of power; general contractors; organizations (subcontractors); banks; investors; developery; research centers; educational organizations; technical customers; project institutes and bureaus; regional engineering departments; prospectors (engineering researches in building); ryeltory; transporting-logistic companies; producers (suppliers) of materials; lessors of building machines and equipment; recorders right; operators of property administration; informative organs; insurance companies; selfmanaged organizations, of particular a branch associations. The developed and specified structure of ynstytutsyonal units of complex is the result of scientific discussion.

Methodological aspects of government social-economic development of state

Abstract. The article describes the conceptual foundations of public administration and public management of social and economic development of the state at the present stage. Study of complex issues of theory, methodology and practice of public administration and public management during the transformation processes undertaken in the social and economic life in Ukraine, devoted to the work of many authors. The article emphasizes that the new system of governance in our country still do not conceptually designed and is under development and improvement. In the domestic scientific literature has yet to be a common understanding of the essence of state economic management in the new market conditions requires further research principles and mechanisms of state regulation of economic and social processes at regional and national levels.

State stimulation of creation of workplaces for young people

Abstract. The modern state of employment of graduating students after completion of teaching in different educational establishments is analysed in the article, the mechanism of stimulation of creation of workplaces is offered for youths. To creation of workplaces for young people must become determining principles of construction of mechanism of stimulation of employers: 1. Creation by the state of low, economic and organizationally-administrative pre-conditions for expansion of sphere of the effective use of work of young people at the observance of requirements of legislation and financial viability. 2. Providing of more favourable (comparative with all other subjects of economic activity) terms of work of enterprises (establishments, organizations), parameters of activity, in relation to the use of work of young people, forming of its competitiveness and labor mobility. For it must be responsible to the purpose and tasks of state youth policy, accepted by the state as systems of forming friendly to distribution and further perfection, use and development of labor potential of young people.

Abstract. In article modern lines of development of tourist branch in the world are investigated and the condition of tourist sector of Ukraine is analysed. Prospects of development of tourist sector of Ukraine in a context of preparation and carrying out of action of a world scale taking into account modern lines of development of the world economy are investigated and analysed. Priorities in preparation for the European championship on football, problems of their realisation are defined, directions of development of tourist potential of Ukraine to level of the leading tourist countries and accordingly successful carrying out of Euro-2012 are offered. For Ukraine the variant when in the course of preparation for the championship on football the state which, in particular, creates conditions for the maximum attraction with that end in view негосударственных and the organisations should play a leading role admits optimum.

Abstract. The «service» scientific interpretation concepts are analysed, the indicated term definitions are resulted presented in a modern economic theory, and the factors of a concept «service of car-care center» are formulated on this basis and it’s forming factors are grounded. Service approach as strategy of development of enterprises is considered on repair and maintenance of vehicles, oriented to achievement of satisfaction of users by quality of service through education of organizational culture; permanent study of users; conducting of diagnostics of level of organization of repair (autoservice) service; providing of defence of rights for users; study of satisfaction of users by quality of service. The basic attention is dedicated to illumination of cooperation and interinfluating of «service of car-care center enterprises», «products of car-care centerenterprises» concepts, «car service».

Abstract. Housing development is an urgent demand of Vietnam, in recent years great efforts to develop have been made, but still cannot meet the needs of society. With high rate of increase of the country population in general and urban population in particular causing by the process of urbanization, therefore it is required to rapidly develop annual living areas. The article is analyzing the actual conditions to forecast the speed of development and the needs of living areas in coming years, based on what to raise a number of measures to develop high-rise apartment buildings in Vietnam by 2020: investing of the state budget facilities in building of habitation for the of scanty means and socially unscreened categories of population; favourable crediting of building organizations for stimulation of building of new dwelling-houses and etc.
