The stock market: The entity and the definition

Abstract. TIn the article reviewed definitions «securities market», based on a synthesis of definitions «securities market» highlighted the most common approaches that are used in scientific literature to determine its effect, formed their own definition the definition of «securities market». Agreat deal of researches and works has been devoted to the item of essence of the term «securities market». Analysis of reported works and researches about essence of the concept of securities market allowed to determined principal outstanding characteristics which are the first key and has been depended on determination foundation of the concept of securities market by different scientists and researchers and also this analysis allowed to enunciate own definition of given concept.

Features of the state regulatory process control and capacity playback labor resource

Abstract. In the article the features that affect the efficiency of public administration and management processes of labor resource play potential. It has been proved that actions of state population policy and policy of civilized national labour market grouping continue to be un-efficient in the sector of employment. It is necessary to use principle of complex approach on the ground of concrete definition of efforts of state policy, which are aimed at reformation of terms of reference of development of population process for ensuring of demographic base of development of own performance potential, efficiency improvement of usage of provided labour forces and optimization of professional training system.

Purpose and tasks of marketing social projects

Abstract. In this paper the characteristics of social planning and social marketing capabilities, set a goal and allocated tasks of marketing activities in the development and implementation of social projects have been researched. Analysis of the features of social planning, social marketing opportunities to determine the social marketing projects as the process of identifying the needs of society or of certain social groups, and develop and implement strategies to maximize satisfaction with the resources of the project. The paper found that the marketing strategy of the social project depends largely on its success, greatly increases the likelihood of achieving the planned social effect, reducing the risk of failure. Given the importance of marketing in social design, further research and development to improve the methods, techniques and tools of modern social marketing methods and their application in the design and implementation of social projects.

Abstract. The article the information component of the social sectors – housing and communal services has been determined. In this paper it has been determined that one of the main directions of improving the state of the housing and communal services in the reform is the creation of an effective system of monitoring the state of the housing and communal services. The basis for optimizing and structuring of the monitoring system is the introduction of an information database on the state of housing and communal services. An information system for collecting, processing and transmission of data will allow public authorities and local self-government quickly analyze and assess the situation in the housing and communal services. The development and establishment of an information system linked to the need to obtain relevant and reliable information about the financial performance of public enterprises, consumers of public services, the state of the fixed assets of housing and communal services.

Abstract. In the article the basic resources of social development of Ukraine: human and financial have been considered. The main components of these resources and identify the sources of their formation have been given. The main problems of resource generation of social development and provided ways to improve the rational use of financial resources, social development through the implementation of the evaluation system of social services have been determined. The paper made the basic conclusion that to maintain sustainable social development is necessary to include the human and financial resources to the concept of social development of the state. The aim is to enhance the quality of life due to structural changes in the economy and the competitiveness of the country. This aim has five sub-goals: the development of human resources, management of financial resources, natural resources, the formation of the middle class, the formation of a highly innovative-industrial complex.

The main ways of reforming housing and communal services in the region

Abstract. Details of reforming of housing and utilities using adoption of energy saving has been given in the article. It has been determined that principal direction of reforming of housing and utilities is adoption of energyefficient actions which have its effect and series. Enterprises of housing and utilities have to determined where energy loss is more high and what it is necessary to do above all and what actions can give the most and fastest economic effect. It is possible to put into effect only with the help of energy audit. In the article it has been pointed out that any reform needs taking-over and introduction into operation innovating legl standards which can chang degree of impact, esponsibility, allocation of function of state and regional authoritie. In spite of all difficulties of implementation of the reform of housing and utilities, its carring-out is possible due to cooperation of enterprises of housing and utilities and state and regional authorities which can lend organizational and material assistance for enterprises of this important field of social sphere.

Organization of state institutions as a tool for economic policy

Abstract. This article explores the theoretical basis of organization institutions as instruments of state policy on the classification and definition of their main problems. It was determined that the institutions providing the reliability of promises, is an unintentional result of the interaction between people, and in spite of the fact that they also have the properties of public goods, to solve the problem of their production only within a long historical period. The patterns of formation and change of institutions allow us to understand how to shape the expectations of players (consumers, employers, employees) about the prospects for change in the economic system as a whole in order to avoid the problems associated with the «revolution of expectations».

Strategy for improving the effectiveness of energy management of housing and communal economy of the region

Abstract. The paper considers ways to improve the management of thermal energy supply through measures to reduce the consumption of energy resources. Justified the use of electricity instead of natural gas in housing and utilities sector. The basic measures to improve the efficiency of thermal energy-supply of existing housing and communal services, as well as newly built or modernized objects by replacing the consumption of natural gas for electricity. The use of electricity instead of natural gas in housing and utility sector reduces the need for gas-Ukraine 10-15 billion m 3 per year and contributes positively to overcome deficit of gas in the country. Results, obtained in this paper are intended for organizations and individuals involved in the construction, modernization, the repair and design of housing and communal services, the upkeep of their energy and thermal resources, as well as for research of employees and graduate students.

Department of sustainable development regions in Ukraine (in the context of russian and foreign experience)

Abstract. In this paper the problems of governance for sustainable development of the regions in Ukraine in the context of Russian and foreign experience have been researched. It is proved that the management of sustainable regional socio-economic systems is carried out within the framework of regional policy, which is a legally formalized system of legal, organizational, institutional, financial and economic measures that determine the activities of national public authorities, their territorial bodies, local self-government, business associations and other civil society institutions. Regional socio-economic policy in Ukraine is still being formed. The theoretical model of regional policy, in my opinion, must meet the following requirements: long duration; adaptability; close connection with the forward-looking program of social and economic development of Ukraine; complexity, focus on the economic, political and social development of the regions, ensuring the priority of national interests.

Abstract. In the article the features of the modern state of normatively-legal mechanism are investigational in relation to government control of investment streams in Ukraine and her regions. The basic lacks of legal base of realization of investment activity and influence of changes are reflected in a legislative base on the volumes of receivabless of foreign investments. Events that uses a government with the aim of improvement of normatively-legal base in the field of investment activity and mechanisms of bringing in of direct foreign investments are considered . Development and acceptance of corresponding normatively-legal acts offer with the aim of creation of favourable investment climate and increase of volumes of investments in the economy of Ukraine.
