Technology for Efficient Job Search in Modern Circumstances

Abstract. The role of modern personnel technologies in the human resource management system is determined, their features and differences from employee technologies are clarified. Personnel technologies are systematized depending on the management tasks that they solve in the process of personnel management, and their characteristics are given. The author continues to search for the ways to improve the efficiency of the use of labor resources in the context of the development of innovative personnel technologies. It is noted that in modern conditions there is a process of development and updating of the concept of human resource management, while improving both human resource management systems and the methods and tools used. The necessity of using modern personnel technologies to improve the efficiency of formation, development and implementation of the labor potential of an enterprise in modern conditions is proved. The article defines various aspects of an effective job search, as well as approaches to managing the recruitment process in modern circumstances.

Regulatory Quality Assurance of Construction Materials

Abstract. The construction materials industry forms an order for products in terms of the parameters of the technical characteristics of materials, products and structures, as well as their production volumes. The technical parameters of construction materials are defined by standards, and the requirements and recommendations for their use in design and construction are codes of rules, which are combined into a single system of technical regulation in construction. The study of the features of the functioning of the regulatory support of the construction materials production is an important task in the development of this industrial sector. The substantiation of the use and influence of the regulatory framework of construction materials production on the quality of construction products and services is a topical issue of research. The article systematized the composition of the regulatory framework, taking into account its application in the production of the construction materials. The experience of the Center for building products and structures testing on the basis of the Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture is considered.

Features of Management Decision–Making Methods in the Renewal of Capital Assets of Enterprises in the Residential Sector

Abstract. The effectiveness of management activity largely depends on the ability of the manager to solve nonstandard tasks and problems. A management decision is made by the management system for a purposeful impact on the managed system, which ensures that appropriate results are obtained to achieve a certain goal. The conceptual approach to scientific economic sources indicates that the effectiveness of the management system is largely determined by its autonomy, elasticity, and easy adaptation to any organizational changes in market conditions. Reproduction of capital assets at resedential enterprises contributes to the effective functioning of enterprises; structuring and innovative renewal of capital assets of the enterprise, which has a positive effect on labor productivity; increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in market competition, as well as minimizing costs.

Prospects for the Development of Estimate Price Formation

Abstract. The article substantiates the need for qualitative transformations in the estimated pricing system, formulates the role of estimated pricing in the construction production system, and identifies the main problems observed in estimated pricing at the present stage of its development. It is noted that estimated pricing is understood as a set of directions: from determining the cost of construction products, labor costs of construction specialists, physical indicators of materials and equipment to many other parameters necessary for effective management and organization of the process of performing construction and installation works. It was revealed that to determine the cost of construction in the estimated pricing, the estimated norms and estimated regulatory documents are used, taking into account the minimum amount of resources required to perform the corresponding type of work. The characteristics of the main methods of estimated pricing are presented, their advantages and disadvantages are noted.

Deindustrialization and Reindustrialization are the Natural Stages of Social Development

Abstract. One of the natural processes of human society is industrialization. At the present stage, the industrialization of the economy was carried out by most countries of the world, and today deindustrialization is being carried out in many countries. We are talking mainly about developing countries, since in developed countries the deindustrialization that began in the first half of the twentieth century has basically ended. Currently, the process of reindustrialization is observed in developed countries. The subject of the scientific article is relevant, since the processes of industrialization, deindustrialization and reindustrialization in different countries have their own characteristics, are contradictory, and despite a significant number of publications, they need further scientific understanding. Deindustrialization and reindustrialization, being a reality of the modern world economy, is becoming the subject of numerous discussions. The article proposes a classification of factors that contribute to the process of reindustrialization; clarified the conceptual apparatus; recommendations have been developed for the implementation of an industrial policy that promotes the reindustrialization of the Russian economy.

Human Resource Management in Construction under Conditions of Staff Worker Sufficiency

Abstract. Economic transformations have significantly changed the status of the organization as the main link in the production of material goods or the provision of various services. The market puts the organization in a new relationship with government agencies, with production and other business partners, directly with employees. New economic and legal regulators are being established, relations between managers and subordinates, between employees in the middle of the organization are changing. That is why the requirements for human resource management are increasing, where the human factor becomes the main factor of production. The human resources of an organization are part of the total human resources that are used by this organization that are used by this organization in the production process, or, in other words, this is the production process, or, in other words, this is that part of the organization’s capital that is spent on acquiring the required number of personnel, its pay and development. Human resources play a huge role in the life of an organization. It is thanks to them that the elements of production – investment, material, information – form a unity, which is informational – form a unity that is used to create a product or provide a service.
