Approaches to the Formation of a Building Complex Management System: Analysis of Foreign Practice

Abstract. The paper considers approaches to the formation of a management system of the construction complex by foreign countries. Economic indicators of construction of foreign countries are analyzed and systematized, as well as models of management systems of the construction complex of foreign countries are considered. Based on the foreign experience of the construction complex management system of the largest economic centers on the planet, an overview of approaches to regulating this industry at the level of state structures is made. In the course of the work, the relevant components of the construction complex management system were identified – non-state regulation and self-regulation. It is attested that the management system of the construction complex of foreign countries does not have a single approach, but it has common basic management tools, the effectiveness of which depends on the interaction of all components of the process.

Regional Model of the Real Estate Management Process/b>

Abstract. The presented research is devoted to the issues of real estate management in the context of ensuring the growth and development of the regional socio-economic system. Based on the study of the principles and methods of management, the content of the concept of «management of real estate objects at the regional level» has been clarified. The subject and object composition of the elements of the real estate management system in the regional system is established. Based on the classical generalized model of managerial decision-making, as well as the strategic management vertical formed at the national level, a regional algorithmized model of the real estate management process has been developed, its key stages, elements, mechanisms, documents, approaches have been identified. The characteristics and content of each stage of the model are considered and the corresponding tools are designated. The conclusion is formed about the need to detail and develop the presented model through the study of key descriptors and control technologies.

Influence of Reproduction Processes in the Sphere of Non-Current Capital on Sector Development

Abstract. The presented article is devoted to the issues of determining the essence and significance of reproduction processes in the sphere of non-circulating capital in terms of their influence on the level of sectoral development. It was revealed that the main approaches to the reproduction of fixed assets consider them from the point of view of the movement of exchange value or use value. The analysis of the availability, commissioning and liquidation of fixed assets in the Donetsk People’s Republic was carried out. On the example of the construction industry of the DPR, the main significant negative factors influencing the level of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises are formulated. A system of criteria has been proposed to assess the impact of the cost and quality characteristics of non-current assets of enterprises on the level of development of the construction industry as a whole.

Abstract. The article analyzes various approaches regarding the content of the concept of «quality of life». The lack of a single generally accepted understanding of the quality of life category is a serious obstacle to the development of practical tools for the problem of assessing the quality of life. Taking into account the great practical importance of the quality of life, the legislative consolidation of this concept is proposed. The importance of research in the field of quality of life for socio-economic development is shown. Since the quality of life acts as the most important indicator of the socio-economic development of the state, the importance of assessing the quality of life management increases as a strategic goal. The principles of quality of life management are systematized, various approaches and methods for assessing the quality of life are analyzed. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of quality of life management are considered. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of the activities of state authorities in matters of quality of life management.

Theoretical Foundations of Strategic Planning at the Enterprise

Abstract. The article clarifies the concept of strategic planning, defines its main components, shows the relevance and necessity of strategic planning for the development of an enterprise. The necessity of strategic planning is due to the transition to a new model of enterprise development under conditions of uncertainty and risk. The instability of the external environment increased the probability and unpredictability of sudden strategic changes, expenses of making the wrong strategic choice has risen. The main stages of the formation of a strategic plan for the development of an enterprise are considered. The main problems of strategic planning application are revealed, methods of its improvement are formulated. Strategic planning is the main factor in the activity of an enterprise, which makes possible to carry out an interconnected and more targeted management of all types of resources, to reduce material, labor and financial losses in achieving the set goals.
