Prediction Needs Human Resources Medical Institutions
Abstract: This article is indicated the importance of combining the personnel policy of the health system and the system of formation of jobs; the problem of formation and development of the health workforce has been determined, the result of the decision which is to increase the efficiency of management of the sector as a whole; the importance of innovative approaches to the formation of human resources industry policy is identified; the need to implement an effective personnel policy, which will allow for prediction of the process of reproduction of labor resources of medical institutions, on the basis that the role of skilled health personnel is key to the provision of health services is identified; the model for predicting human resource needs of health institutions, which is able to analyze the probability changes in the needs of the population in the health services on the basis of changes in the structure of morbidity, disability forms and types of injuries, as well as the volume and types of services needed to ensure these results is developed; the implementation of this model at the National Trauma Centre has been executed.
