Information and Communication Technologies Provide Municipal Services
Abstract: The article substantiates the expediency of introducing information and communication technologies in the sphere of providing municipal services, including in the form of introducing and improving the e-Government system. Proposals on the introduction of the system of electronic services in the LAN at the municipal level are presented. The article describes the stages of introduction of information and communication technologies in the practice of local government. Proposals have been developed to assess the accessibility, quality and popularity of municipal services using cluster analysis methods. As criteria for the analysis were proposed: the form of filing a request for a municipal service and (or) the form of providing municipal services (electronic, written, combined); quality assessment of municipal services by consumers. The list of indicators can be expanded by including additional criteria or splitting the given indicators into components depending on the purpose of the analysis and the specifics of the services.
