Human Resource’ Standardization and Certification: the Place and Role in Organization’ Management

Abstract: The article considers the issues of HR’ management in the organization in the conditions of HR’ certification and standardization. Modern problems in the field of standardization and certification of personnel training are analyzed. The basic principles of standardization are stated. The necessity of applying the professional standard based on unified professional standardization systems as a tool for the formation of competitive HR is substantiated. The concepts of professional standard, HR’ certification are considered. The article describes the basic principles of personnel certification. Models of HR’ standards for certification and standardization are presented, which are actively implemented at the international and national level, as well as the specifics of their application in the HR’ assessment.
