The Business Impact of Leadership on Forming Organizational Culture Staff

Annotation: The article deals with various aspects of the influence of business qualities of the head on the organizational culture of the enterprise. The study involves determining the concept of organizational culture, its features, types, features of formation, the role in the production activities of the enterprise. Along with this, the analysis of business qualities of the Manager, different styles of personnel management, depending on the choice of techniques and methods of personnel management on the type of production culture formed during production activities, identified the main stages of the Manager’s work on the formation and development of corporate culture such as the analysis of the existing culture in the enterprise, the development of the corporate code, the definition of forms and methods of work with the staff, the implementation of projects, the analysis of the dynamics of corporate culture, also recommendations for the head on influence on formation of organizational culture of the personnel are formulated.
