Management Personnel as the Main Element of Labor Market Regulation
Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the development features of the personnel management system taking into account the main functions and analysis of the essence of the category of labor market regulation. The emergence of problems associated with the constant regulation and reform of the labor market determines the need for transformation in the field of personnel management. The essence and functions of the labor market are determined, and the need for the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of personnel management in conditions of economic instability is determined, in which there is a sharp violation of the proportions of demand and supply of labor. The purpose of the development of personnel management in modern conditions is to maintain high production efficiency and social stability of the society. When making managerial decisions on the regulation of employment, it is advisable to take into account the dependence of the ratio of supply and demand of labor and actual wages.
