Regulation of Social and Labor Relations as a Priority Direction for the Implementation of State Social Policy
Abstract: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the formation and regulation of social and labor relations in the context of the implementation of state social policy. Approaches to the interpretation of the term “social and labor relations” are systematized. The main subjects of social and labor relations, their rights and obligations in relation to other participants in the process have been determined. The key areas of social and labor relations in the implementation of state social policy are graphically presented, including: promotion of employment, social protection of workers, and prevention of unemployment and provision of social assistance to the unemployed. The indicated directions of social and labor relations, their main tasks and functions, as well as possible ways of their implementation, including the development and subsequent implementation of state programs, the use of various instruments and principles of regulation, are characterized. The factors influencing the development of social and labor relations are presented.
