Technology for Efficient Job Search in Modern Circumstances

Annotation: The role of modern personnel technologies in the human resource management system is determined, their features and differences from employee technologies are clarified. Personnel technologies are systematized depending on the management tasks that they solve in the process of personnel management, and their characteristics are given. The author continues to search for the ways to improve the efficiency of the use of labor resources in the context of the development of innovative personnel technologies. It is noted that in modern conditions there is a process of development and updating of the concept of human resource management, while improving both human resource management systems and the methods and tools used. The necessity of using modern personnel technologies to improve the efficiency of formation, development and implementation of the labor potential of an enterprise in modern conditions is proved. The article defines various aspects of an effective job search, as well as approaches to managing the recruitment process in modern circumstances.
