Capital Repair as a Way of Reproduction of Social Real Estate Objects
Abstract: The article deals with the social sphere, which covers various aspects of social life related to social interactions, institutions, services and norms. The classification of real estate objects intended for social needs is studied and the necessity of their repair is revealed. The ways of reproduction of social purpose real estate objects have been studied. The study emphasises the importance of maintaining and renovating social infrastructure to improve the quality of life of the population. The prospects for the development of social facilities are considered, taking into account modern requirements and economic efficiency. The necessity of a comprehensive and systematic approach to the reproduction and repair of social real estate for sustainable development of the social sphere and improvement of the welfare of the population is emphasised. The conclusion about the positive impact of capital repair on social real estate objects is formulated.
