Assessing the Competitiveness of Construction Companies Based on Digital Indicators

Abstract: In the modern environment, residential construction companies are faced with the challenge of improving their competitiveness, which covers a wide range of aspects of their activities – from management decision-making to the implementation of digital tools in marketing and online sales forecasting. For successful functioning, it is important not only to monitor current market trends, but also to deeply understand the factors affecting competitiveness of the company, which are constantly changing due to emergence of new influencing factors from both outside and inside the company. This article analyzes key competitiveness indicators for construction companies and proposes new metrics related to the evaluation of digital marketing effectiveness. This will allow companies to optimize their strategies, increase the efficiency of online sales and generate more accurate forecasts, which will ultimately ensure sustainable development and strengthen market positions.
