Methodological approaches to the analysis of functioning organizations of motor4car service

Annotation: The «service» scientific interpretation concepts are analysed, the indicated term definitions are resulted presented in a modern economic theory, and the factors of a concept «service of car-care center» are formulated on this basis and it’s forming factors are grounded. Service approach as strategy of development of enterprises is considered on repair and maintenance of vehicles, oriented to achievement of satisfaction of users by quality of service through education of organizational culture; permanent study of users; conducting of diagnostics of level of organization of repair (autoservice) service; providing of defence of rights for users; study of satisfaction of users by quality of service. The basic attention is dedicated to illumination of cooperation and interinfluating of «service of car-care center enterprises», «products of car-care centerenterprises» concepts, «car service».
