Indicator analysis of personnel advance within organizational structure
Abstract: The article considers the approaches to the personnel advance estimation in an organization and indicators proposed by national movers. The contemporary approaches have been reflected as to the personnel advance estimation indicators in an organization having been analyzed in accordance with the personnel advance types and separated into three groups: estimation indicators of the external advance processes, internal advance processes and general ones. The fresh factors completing and extending the previous ones have been proposed. The estimation significance of the internal personnel advance of an organization has been substantiated and the indicators of its estimation have been proposed. The financial and social losses taken by an organization at ineffective personnel advance management have been demonstrated. The conclusions as to the further research trends of the problem and elaborations for implementation at management practice.
