Updating of managerial machinery by means of public services provision to population
Abstract: The article presents the trends of management updating of public services provision to population in terms of market relations. To update the management by means of the public service provision at consumer services, the article offers the following organizational activities: to reconsider the management officers’ duties at the local level, including rating and pricing tight control their for public services offered to population into their duties, to hold a maximum of organizational and engineering measures on sustainable raw materials supply and power conservation at consumer services, to reconsider the out of date standards and service procedures, to develop service management, to be of great aid in training and professional progress of the public service personnel, to develop the marketing system, as well as relationships and mutual obligations of organizations rendering consumer services to population, customers on improvement of service quality and payment for the services.
