Prime objects of administrative impact on labor potential of building enterprise

Annotation: The paper presents the findings of the investigation concerned with the determination of prime objects of administrative impact on the labor potential of a building enterprise. The investigation has been based on questioning having been carried out at five building enterprises of Dnepropetrovsk. The delegates of various groups of the personnel of the enterprises (top management, middle managers and junior executives, white collar workers and workers, and their proprietors) have taken part in the survey by questionnaire. Owing to the questionnaire, the present authors have revealed the prime objects of the interested parties from the point of view of management of labor potential of the building enterprises. The conformity estimation of the objects offered by the authors to the practical objects of the groups of interested parties has been also carried out. And finally, various aspects importance of labor potential formation and management of social and industrial relations has been estimated.
