Strategy development, organizational_economic mechanism enhancing innovation_investment activity in Ukraine (on the example of Donbas)

Annotation: Development of the above strategies based on the use of strategic management, strategic (idealized) design, expert assessments, structural and logical, economic and mathematical modeling, and is primarily associated with the expansion of marketing opportunities and communication for development of a specific region. At the level of the Donbass, including Donetsk and Lugansk regions, it is proposed to develop an appropriate program semitselevuyu “Ukraine-Donbass-East-West-2017”, which is the structure of the system of regional development management Donbass, consistent with national innovation and investment development in Ukraine. The proposed seven strategic objectives of the Donbass region with a concrete strategies for regional development of organizational and economic mechanisms for enhancing innovation and investment.
