The Formation of an Effective System of Sectoral Information in Modern Conditions

Annotation: The article considers foreign experience of the problems of lack of system for assessing the effectiveness of services in housing and communal services. It is noted that in modern conditions of reforming the system of control of current management mechanism, there is an intensive change in the external, in relation to housing and communal services, factors of economic and social life of society. To ensure management goals and implementation of strategically important tasks include the development of a system of effective feedback (monitoring) that will give the opportunity to track and correct deviations in the implementation of the reform programme the quality of services provided by the organizations of housing and communal services to the population. Recommendations on the organizational structure of the monitoring and the mechanism of its functioning. The proposal related to issues of data monitoring, analysis of results and preparation of management decisions based on monitoring results.
