Personnel Policy in the Bodies of State Power

Annotation: In the article essence of public skilled policy is considered in the context of conception of public regional policy of Ukraine. Transformation of economy of Ukraine in the direction of international public foresees formings of effective mechanism of realization of economic feasibilities of people within the framework of public production. Much annual experience of effective work in the direction of effective management testifies to the important place in exactly labour potential. It requires the developed systems of creation of the system of management of personnel, that enables to activate a skilled policy, directed on satisfaction of necessities of organization in qualification of labour force. The decision of active and perspective tasks of any society is related above all things to the substantial value of human factor, as a man always was and remains the decision factor of community development. Development state skilled a policy is directed on achievement of primary purpose of the state. Management a personnel effectively so, as far as successfully employees use the potential for achievement of tasks of put by the state.
